Clean hotel, very welcoming employees with great service and a handy location. Central location, nice place for discovering Queenstown. 5 km from the airport.

Overall it was absolutely stunning and fantastic with a view. As for me, the location was marvellous and stunning, just next door to the foreshore, the closest supermarket and the Oaks Shores.

The whole experience was really lovely. We ate at a pretty good restaurant from the dine-on menu. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, everything was very good. The location was magnificent, the room was newly renovated and generous sized. Also, such main attraction as Skyline Gondola and Luge was 3 km from this hotel...

It was a spectacular hotel with lake views and fast Wi-Fi. I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant from the dine-on menu. Could use an adjoining terrace and a lounge area.

Low budget hotel with extremely helpful staff with great service and a handy location. Well-equipped and well decorated room and a patio and a lounge inside. Big size private bathroom.

I had such a fantastic stay at this place! The location was great, being close enough to the center of Queenstown but not in all the hustle and noise. It was a good 30-minute walk, but it was so beautiful along the river that we were happy to walk in. The staff were friendly and exceptional at their jobs, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped room that had everything we needed, from a cozy sitting area to a kitchenette. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus. this place offered great comfort and convenience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel was in a beautiful location very close to airport & local bus stops as well as park. The room was brand-new and a decent size with a comfortable bed. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. The experience was really nice and I would still consider staying here again.

That was stunningly beautiful and great hotel set in nice area, close to attractions and places to eat as well as the lake and The Remarkables. Great and lovely location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. What's more, it was within 100 feet of the lake.

The restaurant here was average from the dine-on menu, we both ordered wonderful dishes. Need to add that the mountain view was a nice bonus.

The room was not kept clean and available with awesome fireplace and the fan and the overall quality of the apartment. The location in a new area was marvellous and handy. There were a mall and boutiques around the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, staff were caring and the location was magnificent to the beach at the lakeside. Location: the venue was adjacent to a Restaurant and the airport and the Vineyards and towns surrounding Queenstown and Kawarau falls. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.
